Contact, Information & Support Centre
A library with books, newspapers, magazines, Meeting rooms with audio visual facilities, an IT room with Internet facilities and a Frontdesk support and advisory staff. Young people will be mentored in these facilities and they will also access it for guidance and support in their careers or personal challenges. The centre will also act as a resource for government departments, organisations and International entities to access information on young people.

S.H.E & H.E Room
Since young people in Nairobi lack not only financial and material support but also focused advice, counselling and support on ways of approaching and dealing with life challenges. Meeting separately once every week young boys and girls (15 – 24) will meet renowned counsellors, life advisors, discuss with each other, watch relevant movies, listen to recorded speeches all aimed at giving them growth as a people.

Open Podium
Every Wednesday from 2.00Pm till 6.00PM Liberty will host an open stage where artists can experiment, showcase and tryout their work besides collaborate, meet and exchange with others for free. Hopefully these will grow to a scouting venue where clients can identify potential artists to engage and also a place where talents will be discovered and promote ART-PRENEURSHIP.

The LIBERTY THEATRE Auditorium
The centre host a state of the art auditorium for use by young artists for shows and also to rent out with part of the revenue ploughing back to development and entrepreneurship activities. In future liberty can host two auditoriums one 800 seater and the other a 200 seater upstairs. Well equipped with over 100 lights (we have 30 lights at the moment) and a Sound Installation powerful enough to handle a 20 piece band.

Music & Video Recording Communal Studios.
In the coming future Y-TAP is looking for a partner to assist the Liberty centre host a well equipped music & Video studio. The model will be revolutionary. Producers will be trained and facilitated to open up business label for their work. Working with in house marketing and PR people they will promote their work to clients and using the studios at a subsidised fee they will do their work earning an income for themselves their artists and the facility will use its share to re invest in other programs such as training. Maximising output. Having these people working together sharing skills, equipments and expertise and despite the competition the quality will be good and solutions to expand markets will be realised. Collectively as now where only established studios rule the market and others do with cheap equipments in isolation.

Training (Theatre, Acrobatics & Dance) Studio
The centre hosts a theatre and dance studio for rehearsals and training. Artists can attend open evening classes on various skills and others can train or create work. The studios are rented out and the money ploughed back and Liberty through Y-TAP will also facilitate artists to use the studios to create work with diverse financial arrangements for those who can not afford but are innovative and creative.

Music Rehearsal Studio
Equipped with guitars, Drum sets, piano, keyboard etc both modern and traditional instruments and equipments the studio will be used but talented youth to create musical bands for the vast untapped hospitality industry market. Very few artists use live music due to lack of instruments and rehearsal space. Y-TAP will tap into these and already have a set of all needed instruments. Liberty will also rent some of these instruments facilitating the artists but also earning income to be ploughed back.
